Job Description

The Parking Spot is a leading company in the near-airport parking industry with over 25 years of experience and a reputation for exceptional customer service across the United States. With more than 2,000 team members across over 40 locations nationwide, The Parking Spot has grown to become the largest near-airport parking company in the country. As an employee-owned company, The Parking Spot offers a unique Employee Ownership Program that enables team members to receive a direct financial stake in the company's ongoing success. This culture of ownership fosters a collaborative and motivated work environment, where every employee is valued and plays a key role in delivering superior service to customers.

The role of Supervisor at The Parking Spot is integral to supporting the operational management, ensuring that daily activities run smoothly across all shifts. Supervisors are responsible for overseeing the performance of Parking Guest Attendants and Shuttle Drivers, maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the facility, and providing frontline service when needed. This full-time position offers an hourly pay rate of $19 with regular bonus opportunities, making it not only rewarding in terms of compensation but also offering potential for financial growth through bonuses and the employee ownership program.

Supervisors ensure that all operational procedures comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements, particularly those relating to the operation of commercial vehicles. The role requires effective leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Supervisors also act as a vital point of contact for employees needing shift coverage or assistance and must be prepared to step into various roles as necessary, including vehicle shuttle driving and parking guest services.

In addition to a steady and consistent work schedule, Supervisors have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, and 401(k) plans for eligible employees. Paid time off, vacation pay, and paid holidays are also provided to support work-life balance. The Parking Spot is committed to professional development, offering training opportunities to help Supervisors grow within the company and advance their careers.

The Parking Spot prides itself on cultivating a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace where all employees are welcomed, respected, and supported. It actively promotes a culture that celebrates differences and seeks to create opportunities for every individual. This commitment extends to a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination or racism and a continuous effort to listen, learn, and grow in fostering healthy workplace dynamics.

Joining The Parking Spot as a Supervisor means becoming part of a respected company that values its employees as essential contributors to its success and reputation. The role is ideal for individuals who demonstrate leadership, excellent communication, and a dedication to quality service. Supervisors are not only leaders but also hands-on team members who help ensure an exceptional experience for customers and a supportive environment for fellow employees.
