Job Duties

  • Oversee and coordinate daily activities of team members to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks
  • Provide clear instructions, training, and support to staff to enhance their performance and professional development
  • Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions to improve workflow and efficiency
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, gather feedback, and promote a positive work environment
  • Collaborate with management to align team objectives with broader organizational goals
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards within the work area
  • Assign tasks to housekeeping/floor technician employees and monitor progress
  • Spot check employees’ work to ensure compliance with housekeeping standards
  • perform daily performance inspections of assigned areas
  • Identify new supplies and materials required for housekeeping duties and coordinate the requisitions with the Project Manager
  • Resolve issues or complaints among or regarding to housekeeping/floor technician staff members
  • Monitor employee workloads and notify management of anticipated increase in workloads
  • Ensure staff members utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as appropriate and perform in compliance with established safety procedures
  • Ensure staff members are attired in appropriate uniform and badge in compliance with Company policies
