  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cooking and team supervision
  • 21 years of age or older
  • proven cooking experience in grill, line cook, or prep roles
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
  • knowledge of food prep methods and kitchen safety standards
  • ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
  • excellent communication and leadership skills

  • commitment to company policies including confidentiality of codes and store security procedures

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and team performance
  • prepare food items accurately and efficiently according to recipes
  • set up, organize, and stock kitchen stations
  • ensure food quality and speed of service meets company standards
  • monitor and enforce all food safety and sanitation procedures
  • open and close the store, including alarm setup and lockup
  • handle inventory, food storage, and ordering
  • supervise alcohol sales in compliance with RAMP guidelines
  • support and train team members to ensure smooth shifts
  • ensure all shift reports, alarms, and safety protocols are followed
  • maintain control of keys and never share electronic passcodes
  • report any security issues to the General Manager immediately
  • maintain a positive, team-focused attitude and ensure excellent customer service
