Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in both cooking and team supervision
- 21 years of age or older
- proven cooking experience grill, line cook, or prep
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- knowledge of food prep methods and kitchen safety standards
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in both cooking and team supervision
- proven cooking experience in grill, line cook, or prep roles

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and team performance
- prepare food items accurately and efficiently according to recipes
- set up, organize, and stock kitchen stations
- ensure food quality and speed of service meets company standards
- monitor and enforce all food safety and sanitation procedures
- open and close the store, including alarm setup and lockup
- handle inventory, food storage, and ordering
- supervise alcohol sales in compliance with RAMP guidelines
- support and train team members to ensure smooth shifts
- ensure all shift reports, alarms, and safety protocols are followed
- maintain control of keys and never share electronic passcodes
- report any security issues to the General Manager immediately
- maintain a positive, team-focused attitude and ensure excellent customer service
