The role of Supervisor at The Parking Spot is critical in maintaining smooth operations across all shifts. Supervisors are entrusted with supporting management in addressing the needs of both employees and guests, ensuring operational excellence and high standards of safety and service. Supervisors are frontline leaders who not only oversee daily operational tasks but also directly engage with team members and customers. They play a pivotal role in monitoring facility maintenance, security, and the overall cleanliness of the premises. Additionally, supervisors are responsible for auditing the work of Parking Guest Attendants and Shuttle Drivers, responding promptly to any incidents such as vehicle accidents or employee injuries, and ensuring compliance with all regulations governing commercial vehicle operations.

This position demands flexibility, as supervisors must be ready to cover shifts personally if necessary, communicate effectively with staff for scheduling purposes, and occasionally step into frontline roles. Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • high school education or equivalent
  • some supervisory experience preferred
  • maintain satisfactory driving record
  • holds applicable licenses or badges for commercial vehicle operation
  • willing to pass required physical examination
  • proficiency in English language
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • able to lift up to 50 pounds safely
  • experience with Microsoft Excel and Word preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • high school education or equivalent
  • some college is preferred
  • some supervisory experience preferred
  • currently holds and is able to maintain a satisfactory driving record
  • currently holds all applicable licenses or badges to operate a commercial vehicle
  • willing to pass a physical as required by airport, federal DOT, and/or state regulations
  • can read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public and understand highway traffic signs
  • demonstrates leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
  • experience with Microsoft Excel and Word is preferred

Job Duties

  • Ensure employees perform their duties as required
  • monitor the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility
  • monitor the safety of vehicles, customers, and employees
  • report any vehicle accidents or employee injuries to management
  • audit daily work of Parking Guest Attendants and Shuttle Drivers
  • contact employees to fill shifts or personally cover a shift as needed
  • comply with all regulations and requirements governing operation of commercial vehicles
  • perform frontline positions such as Parking Guest Attendant, Shuttle Driver, and others as requested by Management
  • perform additional duties and assists in other departments as reasonably requested by Management
