  • Supervise and direct a group of restaurant units within a specified geographic area
  • oversee that all policies and procedures are upheld in all units
  • regularly hold management meetings to set clear goals including employee retention, relations, sales initiatives, maintenance issues, and overall restaurant success
  • be highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven
  • have McDonald's experience highly preferred
  • possess general manager experience

  • strong leadership and team motivation skills
  • experience in budgeting and financial oversight
  • ability to conduct management meetings effectively

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise a group of restaurant units within a specified geographic area
  • oversee P and L statements and budgeting processes
  • enforce compliance with company policies and procedures across all units
  • conduct regular management meetings to set goals related to employee retention, relations, sales initiatives, maintenance, and restaurant success
  • motivate and train restaurant managers and staff
  • follow up on HR-related items including accountability and sustainability
  • spearhead training and development initiatives to enhance team performance
