Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or related field
- Valid food safety certification
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to travel between restaurant locations

Job Duties
- Coach general managers and department managers to set and achieve goals

- Conduct business planning to meet sales and profitability targets
- Ensure food safety standards are met and maintained
- Manage internal communication for effective team alignment
- Oversee inventory management to optimize stock levels
- Implement people practices to foster a positive work culture
- Supervise planned and daily maintenance of restaurant facilities
- Maintain safety and security protocols
- Manage scheduling and shift assignments effectively
