The role of Supervisor at The Parking Spot is a critical position that supports management in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experiences in afternoon and evening shifts. This full-time role is compensated at $19 per hour, with the opportunity to earn regular bonuses based on performance. Supervisors at The Parking Spot are tasked with overseeing employee performance, maintaining facility standards, and ensuring the safety of customers, employees, and vehicles alike. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- high school education or equivalent
- some supervisory experience preferred
- currently holds and maintains a satisfactory driving record
- holds all applicable licenses or badges required to operate a commercial vehicle
- willing to pass a physical as part of the selection process
- able to read and speak English sufficiently
- demonstrates leadership and communication skills
- able to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- experience with Microsoft Excel and Word preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- some college preferred
- some supervisory experience preferred
- currently holds and maintains a satisfactory driving record
- holds all applicable licenses or badges required to operate a commercial vehicle
- able to pass physical as required by regulations
- competent in English language sufficient to converse, understand traffic signs, respond to inquiries, and complete reports
- demonstrates leadership, communication and organizational skills
- ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- experience with Microsoft Excel and Word preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure employees perform their duties as required
- monitor the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility
- monitor the safety of vehicles, customers, and employees
- report any vehicle accidents or employee injuries to management
- audit daily work of Parking Guest Attendants (PGAs) and Shuttle Drivers
- contact employees to fill shifts or personally cover a shift as needed
- comply with all regulations and requirements governing operation of commercial vehicles
- perform frontline positions such as Parking Guest Attendant, Shuttle Driver, and others as requested by Management
- perform additional duties and assist in other departments as reasonably requested by Management
