The Parking Spot is currently seeking full-time Supervisors for afternoon and evening shifts. This role is pivotal in supporting management by ensuring operational efficiency and effectively responding to employee and customer needs. Supervisors are responsible for monitoring employee performance, coordinating shift coverage, auditing work quality, and performing frontline duties such as Parking Guest Attendant and Shuttle Driver when needed. Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- high school education or equivalent
- some college preferred
- some supervisory experience preferred
- currently holds and is able to maintain a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Employee Handbook
- currently holds all applicable licenses or badges as required to operate a commercial vehicle
- willing to pass a physical as required by airport, federal DOT, or state regulations
- can read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public, understand traffic signs, respond to inquiries, and complete reports per DOT regulations
- demonstrates leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- ensure employees perform their duties as required
- monitor the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility
- monitor the safety of vehicles, customers, and employees
- report any vehicle accidents or employee injuries to management
- audit daily work of Parking Guest Attendants and Shuttle Drivers
- contact employees to fill shifts or personally cover a shift as needed
- comply with all regulations and requirements governing operation of commercial vehicles
- perform frontline positions such as Parking Guest Attendant and Shuttle Driver as requested by management
- perform additional duties and assist in other departments as reasonably requested by management
