Job Duties
- Run a smooth operation during service
- Supervise staff enforcing policies and procedures

- Supervise deep cleaning activities in the kitchen
- Attend to customer complaints practicing the LAST method (Listen, Apologize, Solve, Thank)
- Ensure compliance with all company policies
