Job Description
Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly known as Bowlero Corp, is a leading location-based entertainment company with over 360 locations throughout North America. The company specializes in providing experiential entertainment options that include bowling, amusements, water parks, and family entertainment centers. As a pioneer in the entertainment industry, Lucky Strike Entertainment is also the proud owner of the Professional Bowlers Association, which is recognized as the premier major league of bowling and a growing media property with millions of fans globally. Dedicated to delivering fun, excitement, and memorable experiences to guests, Lucky Strike continues to innovate and expand its portfolio, becoming one of the world’s most premier entertainment platforms.
The role of Supervisor at Lucky Strike Entertainment offers an exceptional opportunity for those passionate about hospitality and guest service to join a vibrant and dynamic team. This role is multifaceted and highly active, perfect for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment with diverse responsibilities. Supervisors will be critical in ensuring operational excellence, optimal guest satisfaction, and seamless coordination across all center activities. Acting as the key point of contact in the absence of the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Operations Manager, the Supervisor is entrusted with handling all center operations and maintaining high standards of service consistently.
As a Supervisor, you will champion guest satisfaction by leading by example in delivering outstanding service, addressing and resolving guest complaints proactively, and constantly seeking feedback to improve the experience. This position requires a hands-on leadership style where motivating and influencing the team is essential to maximize productivity and ensure top-notch customer interactions. You'll also engage with market and business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales, including organizing leagues and open play bowling.
The role emphasizes building strong partnerships with league bowlers and officers to grow the league business, adhering to league formats, and managing administrative tasks related to leagues. Recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling staff members form a core part of your duties, as nurturing an all-star team is vital to the center's success. Additionally, you will oversee the Food & Beverage program by ensuring the highest quality standards and maintaining guest satisfaction, supporting ongoing training and fostering a thriving sales culture at the venue.
Flexibility is critical, as Supervisors must be willing to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays. The position is entry-level yet offers substantial growth potential, serving as a gateway to higher managerial roles within the company. Success in this role means developing leadership skills, gaining new responsibilities, and advancing professionally while contributing to a workplace that values teamwork, communication, and dedication to excellence. If you are a motivated individual with strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences, this role at Lucky Strike Entertainment could be the perfect fit for your career goals.
