Job Requirements

  • high school diploma
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in hospitality or related field
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to lift objects with assistance
  • ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma
  • bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or restaurants
  • strong communication skills

  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional guest service and address guest complaints
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales and capitalize on business opportunities
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • motivate and lead the team to maximize productivity and ensure guest satisfaction
  • oversee the management and growth of the Food & Beverage program
  • work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
