Job Requirements
- high school diploma
- 1-2 years relevant experience in hospitality or related field
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift objects with assistance
- ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
Job Qualifications

- bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or restaurants

Job Duties
- deliver exceptional guest service and address guest complaints
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales and capitalize on business opportunities
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- motivate and lead the team to maximize productivity and ensure guest satisfaction
- oversee the management and growth of the Food & Beverage program
- work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
