Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably within a similar industry
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and team management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably within a similar industry
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and team management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency with relevant software tools for reporting and coordination

Job Duties

  • Oversee and coordinate daily activities of team members to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to staff to enhance performance and professional development
  • Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Facilitate effective communication between team members and management to resolve issues and implement improvements
  • Provide constructive feedback, and assist in conflict resolution
  • Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow to optimize operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
  • Handle money and payouts to any tipped employees
