Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably within a similar industry
- Strong understanding of operational processes and team management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Job Duties
- Oversee and coordinate daily activities of team members to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks
