The Parking Spot is currently seeking part-time Supervisors for evening and overnight shifts. This role is vital to supporting the daily operations and ensuring that both staff and customer needs are met efficiently and effectively. Supervisors are responsible for overseeing the performance of Parking Guest Attendants and Shuttle Drivers, ensuring that all duties are executed to The Parking Spot’s high standards. They monitor the maintenance and cleanliness of facilities, safeguard the safety of vehicles, customers, and employees, and handle any incidents such as vehicle accidents or employee injuries by reporting them to management. The role requires active communication with employees to fill shifts when necessary and performing various frontline functions as needed, including driving shuttles and attending to parking guests.
