As an Area Superintendent at Baker Construction, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the profitable installation of project work. This critical leadership position requires directing team members, coordinating with various trades, and ensuring that work aligns with safety protocols, cost management, and productivity goals. The Area Superintendent is responsible for managing specific areas within large projects or entire small to medium projects, maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout all phases of construction. This role involves direct client interactions to maintain strong relationships and ensure project specifications are met with precision and professionalism.

In this position, you will bring your expertise in planning, executing, and supervising work activities while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and productivity (SQP).
