The role on offer is a permanent, full-time Superintendentship based in Washington, D.C., with a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with at least five years of superintendent experience in commercial construction, particularly those with a background in restaurant interiors, hospitality, tenant improvements, or commercial fit-out projects. The Superintendent will lead day-to-day field operations, manage and coordinate craft labor, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects proceed according to schedule and specifications, and maintain rigorous safety and quality standards on site.

Key responsibilities include developing and updating project schedules, monitoring budgets and construction costs, and fostering strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and trade partners. This role is hands-on, requiring the ability to lead by example in the field and assist with tasks when necessary to meet project timelines and client expectations.
