The Area Superintendent position at Baker Construction is a pivotal role that contributes significantly to the successful execution and profitability of project work. This role involves overseeing the installation of specialty concrete work within either a specified area of a large project or managing entire small to medium-sized projects. The Area Superintendent acts as the leadership link on-site, directing co-workers, coordinating with multiple trades, and ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and up to the highest standards of quality. Safety, planning, cost control, and productivity are at the core of this role, alongside fostering a culture centered around Safety, Quality, and Productivity (SQP).

This role requires a dynamic and experienced professional who is adept at managing resources, scheduling projects, and maintaining client satisfaction through effective communication and leadership. The Area Superintendent is tasked with not only managing day-to-day operations but also shaping a work environment that prioritizes safety and training.
