Superintendents at Mortenson are also tasked with maintaining high standards for safety, quality control, risk management, and regulatory compliance while proactively seeking process improvements. Experience with self-perform work is highly valued as the role requires hands-on management beyond subcontractor oversight.

The company places a strong emphasis on professional development, customer service excellence, and leadership by example. The positions offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and other employee wellness programs, making Mortenson an employer of choice for construction professionals.
