The Server role at Superica offers a unique opportunity to be the energetic and enthusiastic ambassador of the brand. This position goes beyond just taking orders; it involves guiding guests through the menu, sharing the story of Tex-Mex cuisine, and enhancing their overall dining experience. Servers at Superica are expected to be courteous and professional, tuning into guest’s non-verbal cues to preemptively address any concerns that may arise, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

The position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $2.13 to $8.00 plus tips, commensurate with experience and ability. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of experience in a server role
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- excellent customer service skills
- reliable transportation to work
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- strong knowledge of food and beverage service
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask effectively
- enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- familiarity with Tex-Mex cuisine is a plus
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Serve guests in a courteous and professional manner
- guide guests through the menu and educate them on Tex-Mex cuisine

- take food and beverage orders accurately
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service
