Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year of serving experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong customer service orientation
- reliable and punctual
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a server or in a similar customer service role
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of Tex-Mex cuisine or willingness to learn
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent multitasking and organizational abilities

- commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
Job Duties
- Serve guests in a courteous and professional manner
- guide guests through the menu and educate them on Tex-Mex cuisine
- proactively assess guests’ satisfaction levels and address any issues promptly
- provide an energetic and enthusiastic ambassadorial presence for the restaurant
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently
