The position available at Superica is that of a Server, tailored for an enthusiastic and energetic individual who thrives on engaging guests and providing outstanding service. This role requires someone who embodies the Texan hospitality ethos, acting as an ambassador for the restaurant's unique culture and menu. The Server must skillfully guide guests through their dining experience, explaining the menu items and regional culinary influences with confidence and hospitality. Moreover, the Service role involves attentiveness to guest needs, reading their satisfaction cues, and proactively addressing any concerns to ensure a flawless dining experience.

Employment with Rocket Farm Restaurants offers competitive pay ranging from $2.13 to $8.00 per hour plus tips, depending on experience and ability. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year of serving experience preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • strong customer service orientation
  • reliable and punctual
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a server or in a similar customer service role
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Serve guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • guide guests through the menu and educate them on Tex-Mex cuisine

  • provide an energetic and enthusiastic ambassadorial presence for the restaurant
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
  • handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently
