The launch of Superica in Nashville is an exciting expansion bringing authentic Tex-Mex done right to the local dining scene.

The Server role at Superica Nashville invites individuals who bring enthusiasm, energy, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Serving as brand ambassadors, Servers are tasked with embodying the Texas-inspired spirit, guiding guests through the diverse menu, and fostering an immersive dining experience. This role requires a professional demeanor with the capability to read guest cues and respond proactively to ensure satisfaction, creating a memorable and delightful atmosphere for all patrons. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $2.13 to $8.00 per hour plus tips, based on experience and the ability to deliver exceptional service.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a customer service or server role
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Compliance with health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting preferred
  • Knowledgeable about Tex-Mex cuisine or willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
