Job Requirements
- minimum age as per state regulations
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to multitask effectively
- food handler certification or willingness to obtain when required
- legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience as a server or in a customer service role
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge or interest in Tex-Mex cuisine is a plus
- team-oriented attitude
- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and provide menu guidance
- educate guests on Tex-Mex cuisine and dishes
- serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner
- monitor guest satisfaction and respond proactively to any concerns
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- handle guest payments and follow company policies
