Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a server or in a similar customer-facing role
- Ability to provide excellent guest service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to handle cash and use POS systems
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of Tex-Mex cuisine preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and remain calm under pressure
- Basic math skills for handling payments
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Guide guests through the menu, providing detailed information about Tex-Mex dishes and drinks
- Take and accurately enter orders into the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation
- Monitor guest satisfaction, address any issues proactively and maintain a courteous demeanor
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
