Superica is currently seeking an experienced Server to enhance its Fenton team. This role demands energetic, enthusiastic individuals who will act as true ambassadors of the Superica brand and its Texas-inspired spirit. Servers play a crucial role in guiding guests through the menu, sharing knowledge about the ingredients, preparations, and traditions behind the dishes, thereby elevating the dining experience. Moreover, Servers are expected to maintain courteous and professional interactions with guests, proactively monitoring their satisfaction, and addressing any concerns promptly to ensure all customers leave happy.

The role offers competitive pay ranging from $2.13 to $8.00 per hour, supplemented by tips, with exact compensation depending on experience and skill level. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a server or in a similar customer-facing role
  • Ability to provide excellent guest service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to handle cash and use POS systems

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong knowledge of Tex-Mex cuisine preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and remain calm under pressure
  • Basic math skills for handling payments

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
  • Guide guests through the menu, providing detailed information about Tex-Mex dishes and drinks
  • Take and accurately enter orders into the POS system
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, address any issues proactively and maintain a courteous demeanor
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
  • Handle cash and process payments accurately
