Servers act as energetic ambassadors who embody the restaurant's Texas-inspired spirit and provide guests with knowledgeable guidance throughout the menu. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of prior serving experience
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- adherence to company policies and ethical standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in customer service
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of Tex-Mex cuisine and drinks preferred
- positive attitude and enthusiasm
- ability to work collaboratively in a team
- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Greet guests and present menus
- explain menu items and answer questions about the food and beverages
- take accurate food and drink orders
- serve food and drinks promptly and courteously
- monitor guests’ satisfaction and address any issues or requests
- manage transactions and process payments accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area
