The Server role at Superica is an exciting opportunity for energetic and personable individuals who are eager to represent the brand and its authentic Tex-Mex heritage. Servers are tasked with creating memorable guest experiences by guiding guests through the menu, sharing the story behind the cuisine, and ensuring exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure. They must be proactive and quick-thinking, able to anticipate guest needs and resolve any potential issues smoothly.

This position offers competitive pay starting at $2.13 to $8.00 per hour plus tips, with pay based on experience and ability.
