Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality role
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to perform under high-volume conditions
  • legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • knowledge of Tex-Mex cuisine is a plus
  • positive attitude and proactive approach
  • excellent team player

Job Duties

  • greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
  • educate guests on authentic Tex-Mex menu offerings and the story behind the cuisine
  • take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery
  • anticipate and respond to guest needs and preferences
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
  • collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
