The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of progressive restaurant industry experience, with a minimum of five years in senior management roles. This experienced General Manager will be expected to anticipate guests’ needs proactively and foster total guest satisfaction by monitoring the service and performance quality consistently. Part of the role includes conducting daily team meetings to reinforce a positive, educational work environment where continuous improvement and learning are encouraged.

In return, Rocket Farm Restaurants offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $120,000 annually, based on experience, along with a generous quarterly bonus program.
