Superica is actively seeking a passionate Executive Sous Chef to join their dynamic culinary team. The Executive Sous Chef will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of all kitchen departments, including production, preparation, stewarding, purchasing, and receiving. In this leadership capacity, the Executive Sous Chef ensures culinary excellence across all menu items while maintaining high food quality and safety standards. Additionally, this position requires taking command of the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef, making sound decisions under pressure and fostering a cohesive, motivated team.
The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of progressive culinary experience, including a minimum of two years in a Sous Chef role. This leader must demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills, alongside a keen understanding of labor management, budgeting, and scheduling strategies. The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for monitoring labor costs, controlling overtime, and managing resources efficiently to maximize productivity and deliver an outstanding guest experience consistently.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 per year, with compensation commensurate with experience.
