The role of Executive Sous Chef at Superica is a prestigious leadership position responsible for overseeing all day-to-day kitchen operations, including production, prep, private parties, special events, stewarding, purchasing, and receiving. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the highest culinary standards and ensuring a smooth, professional kitchen operation in the absence of the Executive Chef. The Executive Sous Chef leads a team through calm and effective management, especially under pressure, while strategically managing the culinary budget, labor, scheduling, and overtime to boost productivity and enhance guest satisfaction. Candidates with a minimum of five years of progressive culinary experience, including at least two years in a Sous Chef role, are preferred.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary range from $70,000 to $85,000 depending on experience, along with a generous quarterly bonus program. Full benefits eligibility begins after just 30 days of employment and includes major medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage. Job Requirements
