Superica Charlotte is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Executive Sous Chef to join their dynamic culinary team. This role is pivotal to maintaining the high standards and smooth operation of the kitchen. The Executive Sous Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, including production, preparation, special events, stewarding, purchasing, and receiving. The individual in this role acts as the right hand to the Executive Chef, stepping in to manage the kitchen efficiently and professionally in the Executive Chef's absence. This position requires a leader who can operate effectively under pressure, guiding a cohesive team while ensuring quality and productivity remain at the forefront. Managing labor schedules, monitoring overtime, and strictly adhering to culinary budgets are also critical components of this role, contributing to both operational efficiency and financial performance.

Candidates are expected to bring a minimum of five years of progressive culinary experience, including at least two years as a Sous Chef, underscoring the importance of technical skills, leadership ability, and industry knowledge.
