Rocket Farm Restaurants is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Sous Chef for Superica Charlotte. This position carries the responsibility of overseeing the daily kitchen operations to maintain the highest culinary standards. The Executive Sous Chef ensures seamless coordination among areas including production, preparation, stewarding, purchasing, and receiving, and plays a critical leadership role by managing special events and private parties. This role is essential in upholding the quality and consistency of culinary offerings while supporting the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of progressive culinary experience, with a minimum of two years in a Sous Chef position. They must demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure, lead a dynamic and cohesive team, and possess strong organizational skills to manage budgets, labor schedules, and productivity efficiently. The role requires a professional who is as passionate about fostering a supportive work environment as they are about culinary excellence. Rocket Farm Restaurants offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, based on experience, along with a generous quarterly bonus program.
