Currently, Superica Charlotte is seeking a dedicated and skilled Executive Sous Chef to oversee the daily kitchen operations and uphold the high standards synonymous with Rocket Farm Restaurants. This full-time role comes with a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 per year, based on experience, and includes a generous quarterly bonus program to reward performance and contribution.

The Executive Sous Chef plays a critical role in managing various aspects of kitchen operations, including production, preparation, private parties, special events, stewarding, purchasing, and receiving. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, the Executive Sous Chef acts as the second-in-command, stepping in to professionally run the kitchen in the Executive Chef\'s absence and ensuring seamless operational flow. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional leadership skills, the ability to maintain calm under pressure, and an unwavering commitment to culinary excellence.

Key responsibilities involve leading and mentoring the culinary team to consistently produce menu items aligned with the restaurant\'s quality standards while simultaneously managing labor schedules, overtime, and budgets diligently. The role demands a proactive approach to controlling costs and optimizing productivity without compromising guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of progressively responsible culinary experience, with a minimum of two years in a Sous Chef capacity.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum five years of progressive culinary experience

Job Duties
