Superica, located at the Battery Atlanta, is a key member of the Rocket Farm Restaurants family. It serves as a hub for baseball fans and Tex-Mex cuisine lovers, offering a classic Tex-Mex dining experience along with exceptional service born from Rocket Farm's core philosophy. Superica is currently seeking an Executive Sous Chef poised to take charge of the kitchen's day-to-day operations and lead by example. This leadership role involves overseeing all culinary production, including food prep, private events, stewarding, purchasing, and receiving. The Executive Sous Chef ensures that all menu items are prepared to the highest culinary standards and steps in to manage the kitchen effectively in the absence of the Executive Chef.

The ideal candidate for the Executive Sous Chef position will bring at least five years of progressive culinary experience, including two years specifically in a Sous Chef role. Strong leadership skills are essential, especially the ability to remain composed under pressure, foster team cohesion, and efficiently manage labor, scheduling, and overtime. In addition, the Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for managing the culinary budget carefully to maximize productivity and ensure guest satisfaction. Job Requirements

  • Minimum five years of culinary experience
  • At least two years as a Sous Chef
  • Proven leadership in a professional kitchen

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations including production and prep
