Rocket Farm Restaurants has built its reputation by not only delivering high-quality cuisine but also nurturing a dynamic team culture that encourages personal and professional growth.

Superica Dunwoody, one of the standout restaurants within Rocket Farm Restaurants, captures the essence of Tex-Mex cuisine in a vibrant, Old West-inspired setting. It is celebrated as the ultimate destination for brunch, lunch, dinner, and convivial gatherings over chilled margaritas. Beyond food, Superica embraces Tex-Mex as a lifestyle, offering an energetic, family-friendly environment where the spirit of South Texas hospitality comes alive.

By supervising food preparation and lineup during service, the Executive Chef ensures the highest standards are met consistently. Leadership qualities in fostering an educational environment are crucial, as developing future culinary leaders within the team is a key aspect of this position.

With a competitive salary range from $85,000 to $120,000 annually, dependent on experience, along with a generous quarterly bonus program, the role offers attractive compensation. After just 30 days of employment, full benefits eligibility includes major medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage. Our comprehensive benefits package reflects our commitment to the wellbeing and work-life balance of our team members.

Joining Rocket Farm Restaurants as the Executive Chef at Superica Dunwoody means becoming part of a vibrant community that values ethics, innovation, and growth. Apart from competitive pay and benefits, this position offers paid time off, including parental and childbirth recovery leave, long-term retention bonuses, and holidays off on major observances such as Thanksgiving and Christmas. Employees enjoy a 50% discount at all Rocket Farm Restaurant locations and access to Rocket Farm University, which provides specialized leadership training and career advancement support. Additional structured mentorship programs, advisory councils, and safety committees further reinforce the company’s supportive culture and commitment to employee development.
