Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent culinary training preferred
- proven senior management experience in a restaurant kitchen
- strong understanding of culinary techniques and safety standards
- excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- commitment to team collaboration and guest satisfaction
- valid food handler’s certification
Job Qualifications
- 10 years of progressive culinary experience
- 5 years in senior management
- strong leadership and team development skills
- expertise in Tex-Mex cuisine preferred
- experience managing food costs and kitchen operations
- ability to foster a positive educational environment
- excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- Lead the entire culinary team
- direct day-to-day kitchen operations including production and prep
- oversee special events coordination and purchasing/receiving
- ensure culinary staff maximize efficiency and productivity
- review and evaluate daily guest feedback
- oversee recipe execution and education
- train line cooks and manage food cost percentage
