Job Description
Rocket Farm Restaurants is a dynamic and growing hospitality company known for its vibrant and inclusive culture that emphasizes respect, dignity, and care among its team members. Rooted in the philosophy of "We serve the person who is serving the guest," Rocket Farm fosters a supportive and ethical work environment that extends beyond its kitchen to create exceptional experiences for guests. This commitment to a positive workplace culture ensures that every employee, from kitchen staff to front of house, is treated with the same level of kindness and professionalism. The company operates in several cities including Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville, Houston, Raleigh, and Winter Park, offering diverse dining experiences in its innovative restaurant concepts such as Superica, which features Old-West inspired Tex-Mex cuisine with a lively and laid-back atmosphere.
Superica, part of the Rocket Farm portfolio, is currently seeking a dedicated Cook. This role is ideal for culinary professionals who are passionate about precision in cooking and delivering consistent quality to guests. The Cook at Superica plays a critical role in maintaining high culinary standards by adhering strictly to recipes, using exact measurements, and employing precise culinary techniques. Working in a fast-paced and energetic environment, the Cook must also ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, uphold food safety standards, and collaborate effectively with the team and management. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $16 to $24 per hour, depending on experience and ability, and is tailored for individuals ready to embrace responsibility and contribute to a culture that values innovation, respect, and teamwork.
As part of the Rocket Farm team, employees enjoy a range of benefits and opportunities for personal and professional growth. The company invests in its workforce through dynamic, performance-based raises and promotions, specialized leadership training via Rocket Farm University, and employee-led mentorship programs that foster career advancement. Team members benefit from time off on most major holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day, and receive dining discounts across all Rocket Farm locations nationwide. After one year of employment, additional benefits such as paid time off, childbirth recovery leave, parental leave, and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance are provided to support a healthy work-life balance. Rocket Farm Restaurants is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to informing applicants of their rights under federal employment laws, ensuring fair and equitable hiring practices.
This Cook position at Superica offers not only a chance to work in a unique restaurant environment where culinary excellence meets a familial culture but also an opportunity to grow within a respected and supportive company. If you thrive in a lively kitchen setting, are eager to uphold high culinary standards, and wish to be part of a team that values every individual’s contribution, this role invites you to bring your talent and enthusiasm to Rocket Farm Restaurants.
