Superica Strawberry Hill is currently seeking an experienced Bartender to join its Tex-Mex family. This position is ideal for a creative, motivated individual who has a passion for the craft of bartending and excellent communication skills. The key focus of Superica's beverage program is margaritas made with Texas-made spirits and an excellent selection of beers, complemented by a thoughtfully curated cocktail menu that resonates with the restaurant’s overall theme. The Bartender will play a vital role in maintaining the quality of beverages served, providing cocktail inspiration, and sharing the stories behind each drink to enhance guest experiences.

The role demands a self-starter who continuously seeks to improve their skills and knowledge, working closely with the rest of the team to ensure seamless service. Additionally, the Bartender will have opportunities to grow professionally in what is described as a supportive culture and ethical work environment. Competitive pay ranges from $5.15 to $14.00 per hour plus tips, commensurate with experience and ability.
