Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year bartending experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be of legal drinking age
- Commitment to upholding company values of respect and dignity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Passionate about hospitality and guest service
- Knowledge of Texas spirits and Tex-Mex cuisine preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve margaritas, beer, and cocktails according to Superica standards
- Maintain thorough knowledge of beverage products and cocktail history
- Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure seamless service
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Engage guests with excellent communication and storytelling about drinks
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
