Job Requirements
- minimum one year of bartending experience
- basic knowledge of cocktail recipes and bar equipment
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- excellent interpersonal skills
- legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- ability to handle cash and point-of-sale systems
Job Qualifications
- experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment
- strong communication and customer service skills
- knowledge of cocktail preparation and mixology
- familiarity with Texas spirits and Tex-Mex beverage traditions
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- prepare and serve margaritas, beer, and cocktails
- maintain knowledge of Texas-made spirits and beverage menu
- ensure bar product quality and cleanliness
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
- tell the story and history behind cocktail offerings
- collaborate with staff to deliver exceptional service
- manage bar inventory and supplies
