Job Requirements

  • minimum one year of bartending experience
  • basic knowledge of cocktail recipes and bar equipment
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • ability to handle cash and point-of-sale systems

Job Qualifications

  • experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • knowledge of cocktail preparation and mixology
  • familiarity with Texas spirits and Tex-Mex beverage traditions
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • prepare and serve margaritas, beer, and cocktails
  • maintain knowledge of Texas-made spirits and beverage menu
  • ensure bar product quality and cleanliness
  • communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • tell the story and history behind cocktail offerings
  • collaborate with staff to deliver exceptional service
  • manage bar inventory and supplies
