Superica is currently seeking an experienced Bartender to join its new Charlotte location. This opportunity is ideal for a creative and communicative individual who is passionate about mixology and eager to perfect their craft. The role requires someone self-motivated and focused on continuous improvement, ensuring the quality of bar products and customer satisfaction remain paramount.

The beverage program at Superica centers around margaritas and beer, with a cocktail menu that reflects the restaurant’s overall Texan theme. The emphasis on Texas-made spirits and margaritas creates a unique and authentic bar experience. Bartenders at Superica work closely with other team members to understand and promote all beverage offerings, sharing cocktail inspiration and history with guests to enrich their visit. This role combines creativity, excellent communication skills, and teamwork to deliver exceptional service.

As a member of Superica’s team, you will enjoy competitive pay ranging from $5.15 to $8.00 per hour plus tips, based on experience and ability. Job Requirements

  • minimum one year of bartending experience
  • basic knowledge of cocktail recipes and bar equipment
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • ability to handle cash and point-of-sale systems

Job Qualifications

  • experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • knowledge of cocktail preparation and mixology
  • familiarity with Texas spirits and Tex-Mex beverage traditions
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
