Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Capability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Knowledge of food and beverage safety standards
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a team-oriented environment
- Passion for mixology and a desire to learn
- Familiarity with Texas spirits and Tex-Mex cuisine preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages according to menu standards
- Communicate effectively with guests to provide cocktail inspiration and history
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure quality and efficiency
- Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies
- Engage with guests to enhance their dining and drinking experience
