One of Rocket Farm’s most popular establishments is Superica, a vibrant restaurant located in Nashville that brings a taste of Old-West inspired, relaxed yet upbeat Tex-Mex cuisine to the community. Superica thrives on its lively ambiance where guests enjoy brunch, lunch, and dinner paired with cold, refreshing margaritas and an authentic Texas flair. The restaurant prides itself on its beverage program that centers around margaritas and beer, complementing a cocktail menu that highlights Texas-made spirits and stories behind the drinks.

Superica is currently seeking an experienced Bartender to join their Nashville family. This role is ideal for a creative and communicative individual passionate about mixology and eager to contribute to a dynamic team. The Bartender will not only craft exceptional drinks but also share the rich history and inspiration behind each cocktail with guests, enhancing their overall experience. Self-motivated and devoted to continuous improvement, the ideal candidate will work closely with the bar and service teams to maintain product quality, ensure guests receive top-notch service, and help keep the vibrant spirit of Superica alive.

This position offers competitive pay ranging from $5.15 to $8.00 per hour plus tips, commensurate with experience and ability. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of bartending experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Capability to stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Knowledge of food and beverage safety standards
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Positive attitude and team player mindset

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team-oriented environment
  • Passion for mixology and a desire to learn
  • Familiarity with Texas spirits and Tex-Mex cuisine preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages according to menu standards
  • Communicate effectively with guests to provide cocktail inspiration and history
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies
  • Engage with guests to enhance their dining and drinking experience
