Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of bartending experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Capability to stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Knowledge of food and beverage safety standards
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Positive attitude and team player mindset

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team-oriented environment
  • Passion for mixology and a desire to learn
  • Familiarity with Texas spirits and Tex-Mex cuisine preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages according to menu standards
  • Communicate effectively with guests to provide cocktail inspiration and history
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies
  • Engage with guests to enhance their dining and drinking experience
