Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years bartending experience
- legally eligible to serve alcohol
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- flexible availability including nights and weekends
- strong organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of Texas-made spirits and cocktail preparation
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- creativity in drink presentation and technique
- basic math skills for cash handling
- food and beverage safety certification preferred
Job Duties
- prepare and serve cocktails and beverages
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- collaborate with kitchen and service staff
- ensure quality control of all beverages served
- provide detailed knowledge and storytelling about drink ingredients and history
- manage inventory and restock bar supplies
- uphold customer service excellence
