Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years bartending experience
  • legally eligible to serve alcohol
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • flexible availability including nights and weekends
  • strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of Texas-made spirits and cocktail preparation
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • creativity in drink presentation and technique
  • basic math skills for cash handling
  • food and beverage safety certification preferred

Job Duties

  • prepare and serve cocktails and beverages
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • collaborate with kitchen and service staff
  • ensure quality control of all beverages served
  • provide detailed knowledge and storytelling about drink ingredients and history
  • manage inventory and restock bar supplies
  • uphold customer service excellence
