Job Description
Rocket Farm Restaurants is a renowned hospitality group committed to creating an exceptional dining experience through its people-first culture. At the heart of their philosophy lies the principle, "We serve the person who is serving the guest." This guiding value fosters an environment of dignity, respect, and care among all team members, recognizing the importance of mutual support and excellent teamwork. The culture within Rocket Farm starts behind the scenes in the kitchen, extending through every interaction among staff and, ultimately, to their valued guests. This dedication to an ethical and inclusive workplace ensures that every employee feels valued and respected as they collaborate to deliver outstanding service.
Among Rocket Farm's vibrant restaurant portfolio is Superica, a beloved Tex-Mex destination located in the Fenton community of Cary, North Carolina. Superica embraces the lively spirit of Texan cuisine with an Old-West inspired, relaxed yet upbeat atmosphere. Guests enjoy a diverse menu that highlights the rich flavors of Tex-Mex through brunch, lunch, dinner, and refreshing beverages including cold margaritas that complement the spirited vibe. Superica is more than just a restaurant; it represents a way of life where friends and families gather to share authentic, flavorful meals in a welcoming environment.
Superica Fenton is currently seeking an experienced Bartender to join their passionate Tex-Mex family. This role appeals to creative thinkers and excellent communicators who are self-motivated and dedicated to continual growth in their craft. The bartender position is foundational to the restaurant’s beverage program, which emphasizes margaritas, beer, and cocktails crafted with a focus on Texas-made spirits. Bartenders are expected to work closely with the rest of the team to ensure the highest quality of bar products and to have a deep understanding of all beverage offerings. They play a key role in conveying the story behind each cocktail, adding to the guest experience through inspiration and detailed knowledge of drink history.
This role offers competitive pay, ranging from $5.15 to $8.00 per hour plus tips, with compensation commensurate with experience and skill. The Superica team fosters a dynamic and innovative work atmosphere where each bartender is encouraged to contribute unique ideas and perspectives, enriching the overall service culture.
As an employee of Rocket Farm Restaurants, bartenders are part of a supportive culture that emphasizes ethical practices and mutual respect. The company provides performance-based raises and opportunities for promotion, reinforcing their commitment to career development. Time off on major holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas is provided, supporting a balanced lifestyle.
Additional perks include dining discounts across all Rocket Farm restaurant locations in cities such as Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville, Houston, Raleigh, and Winter Park. Rocket Farm University offers specialized leadership classes and personalized career advancement support, empowering employees to grow within the company. Other initiatives include employee-led mentorship programs, an advisory council, and a safety committee that contribute to an engaged and secure work environment.
After one year of employment, further benefits become available to support employee well-being and work-life balance, including paid time off, childbirth recovery leave, and parental leave. Health coverage options encompass major medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, ensuring comprehensive support for employees and their families.
Rocket Farm Restaurants prides itself on being an Equal Opportunity Employer devoted to upholding federal employment laws and employee rights. Individuals interested in joining the Superica team are invited to apply and become part of a diverse and heartfelt group that celebrates Tex-Mex culture through authentic cuisine and outstanding hospitality.
