Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of five years restaurant experience with two years in management
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- proficiency with restaurant point of sale systems
- knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service
Job Qualifications
- five years of progressive restaurant experience preferred
- at least two years in a management role
- proven leadership and team development skills
- strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service excellence
- ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Duties
- lead all aspects of restaurant operations alongside or in the absence of the general manager
- control restaurant seating to maximize efficiency and revenue
- oversee menu changes to maintain service standards
- anticipate and proactively meet guest needs to ensure satisfaction
- train and lead the team fostering an educational and supportive environment
- manage staff performance and encourage professional development
- maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the restaurant
