Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of five years restaurant experience with two years in management
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • proficiency with restaurant point of sale systems
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service

Job Qualifications

  • five years of progressive restaurant experience preferred
  • at least two years in a management role
  • proven leadership and team development skills
  • strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service excellence
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • commitment to the company’s culture of respect and dignity

Job Duties

  • lead all aspects of restaurant operations alongside or in the absence of the general manager
  • control restaurant seating to maximize efficiency and revenue
  • oversee menu changes to maintain service standards
  • anticipate and proactively meet guest needs to ensure satisfaction
  • train and lead the team fostering an educational and supportive environment
  • manage staff performance and encourage professional development
  • maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the restaurant
