Job Requirements
- No education required
- legal age to serve alcohol as per state guidelines
- availability to work full-time or part-time including weekends
- ability to work 8-9 hour shifts
- daytime availability for private functions
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender, bar back, server, or in any other front-of-house (FOH) restaurant role is highly desirable
- strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation
- ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to build genuine connections with guests to enhance their experience
Job Duties
- Greet every guest warmly at the bar and create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere
- maintain exceptional service standards for all guests at the bar and in the dining area
- take and prepare drink and food orders quickly and accurately to ensure a smooth guest experience
- stay proactive by restocking the bar, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping the workspace guest-ready at all times
- demonstrate strong knowledge of the Tiki Bar food and drink menu to confidently answer questions and make sales
- create high-quality, craft cocktails with consistency and care
- maintain a full understanding of alcoholic beverage laws and ensure responsible alcohol service
