Custodial Team Members are expected to demonstrate exceptional cleaning and organizational skills while working with minimal supervision. The job requires physical stamina to manage walking, standing, and twisting during shifts, which can start early in the morning or late at night to accommodate the theater’s operational hours from 9 am to 11 pm. Candidates willing to commit to working long hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays are ideal, as Megaplex operates 365 days a year with a mission to consistently deliver excellence.

Job Requirements

- Previous experience in custodial or cleaning roles preferred
- Ability to work early morning or overnight shifts
- Ability to lift and carry physical loads as needed
