This full-time, non-management Bar Tender role at The Westin Peachtree Plaza Atlanta offers an exciting opportunity to join a motivated and supportive team within a renowned hospitality establishment. The Bar Tender is an expert in cocktail preparation who constantly keeps up with the latest beverage trends and creates a warm and inviting atmosphere behind the bar. This role demands a genuine approach to guest interactions, providing a diverse range of drinks inspired by seasonal ingredients and engaging in friendly conversation while offering knowledgeable suggestions. The Bar Tender plays a crucial role in enhancing the guests’ overall experience, making them feel relaxed and welcomed after a long day.

The role involves welcoming guests, assisting tables, opening and serving wine or champagne, preparing decorative garnishes, restocking ice, glassware, and paper supplies, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Additionally, processing all payment methods and completing cashier reports are fundamental tasks to ensure smooth operational flow.
