Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- one year of swim coaching experience
- member of ASCA
- member of USA Swimming
- CPR/AED certification required
- lifeguard certification within 60 days of hire
- completion of all job specific requirements with Life Time Education
- ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods
- ability to communicate and exchange information with guests
- ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping
- ability to routinely bend to raise 20 lbs or less and occasionally bend to raise more than 20 lbs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one year of swim coaching experience
- member of ASCA
- member of USA Swimming
- CPR/AED certification
- lifeguard certification within 60 days of hire
- ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping
- ability to communicate with guests about Life Time products and services
- ASCA Level 1 Certification or higher preferred
Job Duties
- Offer competitive swimmers the opportunity to master technique
- run daily practices under the direction of the head coach
- promote all Life Time products, services and programs
- assist the head coach with team member registration
- maintain cleanliness and order of aquatics facilities
- communicate effectively with swim team members and their families
- support daily workout planning and execution
