Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- Previous food and beverage leadership experience
- Ability to lead in a high-volume outdoor environment
- Strong guest service and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service standards
Job Duties
- Oversee daily food and beverage service operations at Stillwater Pool
- Ensure prompt, friendly, and attentive service in alignment with Hyatt standards
- Monitor service flow and assist during high-volume periods
- Engage with guests to resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout the pool area
- Lead and supervise seasonal colleagues including servers, bartenders, and support staff
- Provide hands-on leadership during peak periods
- Assist with onboarding and training seasonal colleagues
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture
- Support scheduling, shift coverage, and daily planning
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and equipment oversight
- Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service standards
- Maintain daily reporting and communicate updates to leadership
- Work closely with Recreation, Culinary, and Events teams to ensure smooth operations
- Support poolside programming and special events
