The Seasonal Food & Beverage Manager position at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe focuses on summer operations, specifically overseeing the Stillwater Pool venue during the busy peak season from May through September. Job Duties

  • Oversee daily food and beverage service operations at Stillwater Pool
  • Ensure prompt, friendly, and attentive service in alignment with Hyatt standards
  • Monitor service flow and assist during high-volume periods
  • Engage with guests to resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout the pool area
  • Lead and supervise seasonal colleagues including servers, bartenders, and support staff
  • Provide hands-on leadership during peak periods
  • Assist with onboarding and training seasonal colleagues
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture
  • Support scheduling, shift coverage, and daily planning
  • Assist with inventory, ordering, and equipment oversight
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service standards
  • Maintain daily reporting and communicate updates to leadership
  • Work closely with Recreation, Culinary, and Events teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Support poolside programming and special events
