We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Server to join our dynamic team on a seasonal, hourly basis. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, this role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our customers. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking and delivering orders efficiently, while upholding the highest standards of excellence in service and hospitality. The ideal candidate will showcase exceptional attention to detail, possess strong problem-solving skills, and work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to exceed our members’ expectations consistently.
The position requires a thorough understanding of our menu offerings, including knowledge of food sensitivities and allergies, to make informed recommendations. Experience with order processing through the club POS system and familiarity with alcohol serving laws and regulations are essential components of the role. Beyond the technical skills, we seek someone who embodies patience, tact, and excellent communication abilities to connect with guests warmly and professionally.
Serving is not merely about delivering food; it is about creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages customer loyalty and satisfaction. Job Duties
- Provide top-notch customer service and member experience
- Accurately process members' grill orders
- Maintain working knowledge of restaurant menu
- Make recommendations for members who have food sensitivities/allergies
- Assist in preparation of food when necessary
- Accurately process all member orders in the club POS system
- Adhere to proper sanitary guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant area per established standards
- Work special events as necessary throughout the year
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Attend to customers upon entrance
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen staff in exceeding member expectations at all times
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive team attitude
- Issue bills and accept payment
