The Summer Camp Director role at iD Tech is a seasonal, leadership-driven position that begins in Ann Arbor as an Assistant Director before moving to a secondary location depending on staffing needs, with pay ranging from $1,075 to $1,400 per week. This position is essential in ensuring the successful execution of daily camp operations and the overall camp experience. As a Summer Camp Director, you will have the opportunity to manage and inspire a team of educators, act as the key liaison between the camp, the students, parents, and university partners, and create a safe, fun, and engaging environment that encourages technical learning and creativity. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in management or supervision
- experience working with children or teens preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
- availability to work seasonally including relocation as needed
- willingness to live on campus during the camp season
