Summer Camp Counselor, Fresh Air Camps (overnight)

The Summer Camp Counselor role at Fresh Air Camps is a full-time, immersive position from June 20 to August 15, 2026. Counselors live onsite at camp, fully participating in daily camp life while caring for a small group of campers. This position requires dedication to mentorship, leadership, and collaboration. With shared housing and meals provided, and summer compensation of $2,500, this role offers both hands-on experience and valuable professional development in leadership, communication, and teamwork. Counselors are responsible for supervising 6 to 12 campers, planning and leading activities such as hiking, swimming, sports, arts & crafts, archery, and more. Counselors work closely with Village Leaders and Program Specialists to deliver a safe and enriching summer for every child.
