Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and automated external defibrillator (AED) first aid within six months
- experience working in recreation or fitness facility preferred
- experience in recreation or childcare programs preferred
- experience in food handling preferred
- valid driver's license for van driving
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to communicate effectively
- enforce operating policies and procedures courteously
- perform minor equipment repairs or report issues
- work independently
- outgoing personality
- dependable and prompt for assigned shifts
- working knowledge of fitness equipment and proper technique
- ability to work flexible schedules

- completes opening and closing checklists for snack bar
- operates concession equipment and follows food handling procedures
- assists with inventory control
- drives registered participants on trips
- supports honest and transparent decision-making
