The role of Suite Supervisor at Legends Hospitality is a pivotal position, directly reporting to the Suites Manager and responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Suites food and beverage operations. This supervisory role involves managing the day-to-day activities of the Suites Staff to ensure that all suites are properly set up, maintained, and serviced according to guest orders and company standards. The Suite Supervisor plays a critical role in coordinating the flow of food and beverages during event weeks and on event days, maintaining inventory controls, and upholding the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer service.

During event weeks, the Suite Supervisor is tasked with completing all mandatory company-wide safety training along with any additional job-specific safety courses. They assist in training and managing the Suites Staff to guarantee smooth and efficient operations. This includes monitoring suite set-ups for cleanliness and order accuracy, managing storage and inventory levels, and communicating shortages to management to prevent any disruptions. The role requires vigilance in enforcing safety policies and promptly reporting any unsafe conditions or incidents to the Suites Manager.

On event days, the Suite Supervisor is responsible for preparing assigned suites to be fully ready for the guests and staff arrival. They coordinate the timely delivery of food and beverage items, ensure all suites receive what guests have ordered, and assist guests while fostering positive relationships. Responsible for managing guest complaints and requests in collaboration with the Suites Manager, the Supervisor enforces responsible alcohol service and adherence to quality, sanitation, and service standards. The position demands a hands-on approach to ensuring that all guest orders are accurately closed, inventory is verified after service, and suites are secured and cleaned before staff are released.

This full-time position requires a proactive individual who is personable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or within a team. The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure is essential. Candidates must be available for extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum requirement to work at least two weekdays for suite setup. The role demands excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a solid understanding of food and beverage service standards. Physical ability to lift and move items up to 30 pounds occasionally is also necessary. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in food and beverage or hospitality industry preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to occasionally lift/move items weighing up to 30 pounds
  • Must be able to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Minimum of 2 weekdays available for Suite setup
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Punctuality and dependability

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and experience working with a POS system
  • Customer service and fast-paced problem-solving skills under pressure
  • Must be personable, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work effectively independently and/or in a team environment
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly and prioritize tasks as needed

  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, and guest relations

Job Duties

  • Complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training
  • Assist in training and daily management of Suites Staff
  • Ensure effective operations of assigned areas
  • Ensure proper suite set-up and cleanliness based on guests' orders
  • Maintain and control storage of high-volume food and beverage inventory
  • Communicate shortages to Suites and Warehouse Managers as needed
  • Follow and encourage Suites Staff to follow all safety policies and procedures including looking for and reporting any unsafe work conditions
  • Report all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) to Suites Manager on the same day that the incident is reported
  • Ensure all Suites spaces are clean and secured at the end of each shift
  • Walk assigned spaces and ensure readiness for Suites Staff and guests' arrival
  • Coordinate Suites Staff for timely food item delivery according to timing communicated by Suites Manager
  • Ensure all suites in assigned area receive all items paid for before guests' arrival
  • Assist in helping guests and build rapport with guests and Suites Staff
  • Report and resolve any guest complaints/requests with the assistance of Suites Manager
  • Enforce and evaluate responsible service of alcoholic beverages in compliance with Legends Hospitality procedures
  • Enforce standards for service, sanitation, product, and food quality
  • Ensure all guest orders are closed and inventory is taken by Suites Staff
  • Ensure all Suites spaces are clean and secured before releasing Suites Staff
  • Other duties as assigned
